Exchange and Refund Policy
At omishairline , we strive to provide the highest quality hair products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges under certain conditions.

Exchange Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 24-48 hours of receipt. To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

1. Be in its original condition, with no alterations or damage.
2. Be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
3. Not have been used, worn, or tampered with in any way(no makeup, perfume , lace not trimmed)

Procedure for Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp; 08164778138 within 24-48 hours of receipt.
2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and a clear photo of the product in its original condition.
3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Important Notes:
· Exchanges are only allowed once per order.
· The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

To book an appointment, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. This deposit secures your appointment but will be forfeited if you miss it.

15-30 minutes late: You will be charged an additional ₦5,000 as a late fee. More than 30 minutes late: Your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, but you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to do so, your deposit will be forfeited.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance for your appointment is due on the day of service.
